  • How much time do I have to place my order before the holidays?
    To ensure you receive your holiday merch on time, please refer to the carrier link below for deliveries in or out of the United States. Orders received on the deadline dates will ship after December 24. These dates are approximate, and we are not responsible for any carrier delays (domestic or international) after an order leaves our facility. USPS FedEx DHL UPS
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Unfortunately, we do not ship to Europe, Asia, the UK, South America, Antarctica, Africa, or Oceania. However, we hope to change this in the future.
  • How can I track my order?
    The tracking number is provided in the shipping confirmation email and can be used to track the order on the carrier's website. 
  • What happens if my item arrives damaged?
    Damaged/defective product: A free reprint or a refund will be offered if the damaged item is reported within 30 days of product delivery and provides the required photo proof. Returns/exchanges: Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported. Address issues: If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided by you the customer, a refund of the order production costs only will be issued to you the customer, for more information please refer to https://vloggie-news-merch.printify.me/terms-and-conditions.

  • Can I modify my order?
    No. Once an order is prepared for shipping, which starts immediately after orders are placed, it cannot be modified.
